He married Stella May Lewis Carson City, NV, June 8, 1940. Stella was born November 20, 1900 Tehama, CA. Stella was the daughter of William Hiatt Lewis and Ella Melvina Cody. Stella died January 7, 1985 at 84 years of age. Her body was interred Fairfield, Solano, CA.

William Louis Giamboni Sr. and Stella May Lewis had the following children:
