2 i. William Carroll² Hawkins was born Rutherford Co., NC January 31, 1794. He married Jane (Jennie) Wilson February 24, 1814. Jane was born January 31, 1797 Lexington, Fayette, KY. Jane was the daughter of Josiah Wilson and Margaret (Peggy) Crow. Jane died July 31, 1884 Shannon Co., MO, at 87 years of age.
